Chinatown Lunar New Year Block Party

During Big Game Week, the Chinatown Lunar New Year Block Party transforms Grant Avenue into a vibrant celebration in the heart of San Francisco Chinatown.

Produced by the team behind the nationally acclaimed BeChinatown Night Market, the event brings together local small businesses, cultural performances, music, and immersive programming as visitors from around the world arrive in the Bay Area.

Programming includes traditional lion dancing, live performances by AAPI artists, panel discussions, and activities celebrating the upcoming Year of the Horse. Featured performers include San Francisco 49ers AMP SQUAD DJ DJ E-Rock, Ylona Garcia, and the Grant Avenue Follies.

Panel discussions will feature notable AAPI chefs, athletes, and cultural voices, with the event emceed by Emmy Award-winning journalist Dion Lim and Bay Area personality Franco Finn.
